SCRIBNER AS TRUSTEE, applied to the Southold Town TT-ustees for a permit under the provisions, of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southotd, application dated April !, 1996, and, _W~EAS, said application was referred to the SOuthold Town Conservation Advisgry Council for their findings and recommendations, and W~EREAS, a PublicHearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on April 24, 1996, at which time all interested persons were g-iven an opportunity to be heard, 8_nd, W.~EREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, andr WR]EREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation ~hmitted concerning this application, and, k~HEREAS, the structure complies with the staDS~rd set forth in Chapter 97-18 of the Southold Town Code, W~EREAS, the Board has determined tb~t the project as proposed will not affect the beale-h, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT; RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approves the application of FAUVNER L. SCRIBNER AS TRUSTEE to constr~c~ a reck revetment along property to stabilize erosion and construct a 1,200 s.f. single family that a 30' placed landward cf revetment along property line. Located: ROW off Peninsula Road, Fishers ISland. Permit to construct pro~ect will expire two years fro~ the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months G~ the date of this notification.
