The Trustees request that all roof runoff be contained on site. Please return to the Building Department for a determination on the need for any other permits which may be required for this project. I have prepared thls package of prelim!nary drawings and information fer your review. It is my intent to co-ord~nate my pro- posed plans with both the local and Rtate agencies before proceeding with the construction working drawings. I have enclosed the following: A. The eKisting survey for Parcel I000 - 05l - ~ - 40 B. A tracing of the survey with the approximate measurements shown regarding the present conditions of the seaward side of the house. C. A copy of the tax map for same. It is our understanding that a letter of "Non-Juristrication" is necessary to obtain before the Buildings Department will accept our application(s) to them. We would appreciate your comments made to Ms. Oxholm regarding our plans and do hope you'll find things in order for us to proceed.
