Dear Mr. Bredemeyer:
On behalf of my wife, Muriel and myself I am presenting to you this
package prepared by Karen Oxholm, who will be acting as our agent for
the renovation we wish 'to make at our residence.
It is our understanding that a letter of "Non-Juristrication" is
necessary to obtain before the Buildings Department will accept our
application(s) to them. We would appreciate your comments made to
Ms. Oxholm regarding our plans and do hope you'll find things in order
for us to proceed. Thank you.
sincerely,
Albert Schwartz
