Moved by Trustee Bredemeyer seconded by Trustee Smith it was RESOLVED to Waiver the need of a wetland permit for Kenneth Schuler for the construction of a single family residence and deck on property located at 3145 Main Bayview Road, Southold. If the site plan is amended to a distance of 75' or closer to the wetland area then a permit will be required. We would like to ask you to use careful consideration to contain the fill from excavation so that it does not encroach on the wetland area. Thank you for your consideration in regard to this matter.
