You have advised that the application for ZBA approval was withdrawn by the applicant in 1983~ Also noted in file is a permit Zrom the DEC for construction of three single family dwellings, dated 2/29/88. Did the applicant Submit the original three lots to DEC? Has the Suffolk County Health Department changed their position?
