The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of
Trustees on Thursday, October 26, 1995;
RESOLVED that the Southotd Town Board of Trustees grants a
waiver to construct a 20' X 20' deck onto an existing house.
Dr~wells should be added to contain roof runoff from house.

CONSERVATION ADVISORY COUNCIL
At a meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held
Thursday, October 19, 1995 the following recommendation was made:
WR-30
Moved by John Hagerty, seconded by Bruce Loucka, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL
of the Waiver Request of Charles Thorp for GORDON SCHLAEFER :37-5-20 to
add a deck 20~ x 20' on south side of house.
