Box 2124 Greenport NY 11944 Re: ROBERT SCHISSEL SCTM 480-1-46 Dear Mr. Costello, The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on December 21, 1995 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, Costelto Marine Contracting Corp on behalf of ROBERT SCHISSEL, applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a pedant under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated October 13, 1995, ond, WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and WHEREAS, a t~3btic Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on December 21, 1995, at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to~e heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHERRAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in Chapter 37-18 of the So~thold Town Code, -- WHEREAS, the Board has detezmined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT, ', ~ .,'~_ P~SOLVED, that the Board of Trustees' the ROBERT SCHiSSEL 18", replace retaining wall to iand~itl, clean sand, remove all drainage pipes, replace disturbed area. · BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be considered a detez~nation made for any otherDepartment or Agency which mayatso have an-~pplication'pending for the same or similar pro}ect.
