Dear Ms. Lachenmeyer:
A second inspection was done on the above mentioned site and it
was determined that the construction of the pool and the deck
Will not encroach on the 75' set back.
Therefore, the Board of Trustees will include the construction
of the pool and the deck in the waiver previously given for the
construction of the house.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to co~tact
this office.

Dear Ms. Lachenmeyer:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during
its regular meeting held on May 2, 1991:
RESOLVED that the Town Trustees APPROVE the request for a waiver only
to construct a single family dwelling.
As the deck and swin~ning t~ol are closer to the water, the Trustees
Would like a full permit application.
Please return to the Building Department for a determination on the
need for any other permits which may be required for this project.
