That the work involved will he subject to the inspection and approvai of the Board its agents, and non-compliance with the pcovisiom of the originating application, may be cause for revocation of this Permit by resolution of the said Board. 5. That rhere will be no unreasonable interference with navigation as a x~ult of the work herein authorized. 6. That there shail be no interference with the right of the public ro pass and repass aiong the beach between high and Iow water marks. 7. Tuthil] BOARD OF TOWN TRUSTEES Fax (516) 765-1823 Telephone ¢516) 765-1892 TOWN OF SOUTHOLD Telephone (516) 765-1800 November 16, 1990, Mr. Diamond Scarduzio 172 Oakside Drive Smithtown, NY 11787 Re: Application ~10-2-89-56-5-11 Dear Mr. Scarduzio: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on November 15, 1990 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, DIAMOND SCARDUZIO applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated October 18, 1989, and, WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for its findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on November 15, 1990 at which time all interested ~ersons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, EREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar ~th the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, EREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation ~ubmitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town~ NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT DIAMOND SCARDUZIO BE AND HEREBY IS GRANTED PERMISSION UNDER THE WETLAND ORDINANCE TO: Construct a single-family dwelling on property located on Budds Pond Road off Bayhome Road, Southold, NY, subject to the following stipulation: The existing b~rm be left in its natural state. This permit will expire two years from the date it is signed if work has not commenced by said date. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon completion of said project. RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval of Wetland Application No. 10-4-89-103-3-1 submitted by En-Consultants on behalf of Ralph Rodilosso to an existing dock add, a 4' x 30' section of fixed elevated walk, ~'elocate ramp and existing floats westward, and add a 6' x 30' float in "L" configuration. Purpose of project is to obtain adequate water depth at Iow tide for owner's boat. The CAC approves with the stipulation provided the applicant shorten the project to the minimum length possible but still allow adequate depth for the boat's access.
