A violation of this/these Articles of the ECL is a misdemeanor and is punishable by a fine of not more than $3,000 and/or $10,000. You are hereby advised to cease your operation at the referenced location ~ediately. Please contact this office at once so that we may attempt to resolve this mat=er. A failure to contact this office within 30 days will result in this matter being referred to Cna Department's Regio~mt Attorney for legal action. Moved by Trustee Bredemeyer seconded by Trustee Krupski WHEREAS, The Land Use Company on behalf of Arthur D. Sarkisian applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated February 5, 1986 , and WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and WHEREAs, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to isaid application on April 24, 1986 at which time all interested perlsons were given an opportunity to be heard, and WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with thei premises in question and the surrounding area; and WHEBEASi the Board considered all testimony and documentation submitted concernlng this application; and it is noted for the record that there hasl been no public opposition; and WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will notl affect the health, safety, and general welfare of the people of theiTown, NOWi, THEREFORE, BE IT RESQLVED that The Land Use Company on behalf of Arthur D. Sarkisian be and hereby is granted permission to reconstruct within 18" approximately 620? of storm damaged timber bulkhead and a 50' return. Structure will be ~ackfilled with approximately 3,000 cu. yds. of clean sand to be trucked in from upland source. Property is located at the foot of Mar~atooka Lane, Mattituck. This permit is granted under the provisions of ~he Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold. This permit will exp]ire on April 24, 1987 if work has not commenced by same.
