Box 447 Quogue, NY 11959 Re: Sheldon Salzman SCTM 91000-71-1-5 Dear Mr. Just: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on Thursday, June 24, 1993 regarding the above matter: WI~EREAS, Glenn Just on behalf of Sheldon Salzman applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated April !5, 1993 and, WI{EREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on Thursday, June 24, 1993 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees approves the application of Glenn Just on behalf of Sheldon Salzman to construct approx. 104' of timber bulkheading with a 20' return at each end and to backfill structure with approx. 100 c.¥. of clean sand which shall be trucked in from an upland source. ~ermit will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees must e paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the ~ate of this notification. Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon completion of said project.
