The residence is a victorian type residence which was constructed probably many years prior to the turn of the century and the shed or barn is of the same age. The Parrish family has done nothing to improve the residence or barn on the outside, both are in the same condition that they were when the Parrishes bought it in 1956 and probably had not changed much if any prior to that time.
