CG: lk ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS FORM ZB4 By this application, applicant seeks permission to convert an existing barn containing a preexisting one-family apartment into two one-family apartments on the second floor. Also existing on the premises are several accessory buildings. The entire premises in question contains approximately 45.3 acres. The Board finds that the use will not prevent the orderly and reasonable use of adjacent properties or of properties in adjacent use district~; that he use will not prevent the orderly and reasonable use of permitted or legally established uses in the district wherein the proposed use is to be located, or of permitted or legally established uses in adjacent use districts; that the safety, health, welfare, comfort, convenience and order of the town~- will not be adversely affected by the proposed use and its location; and that the use will be in harmony with and promote the genera~ purposes and intent of the zoning ordinance.
