PARASKOS, hereby depose and say as follows: That I am the owner of Lot 23.00, Block 3.00, 1000 (Section 051.00 in the Town of Southold, known as North Road, Southold, and having no numbered street address. That I have owned this property since October of 1966. That I have knowledge that the structures which exist on the property, as shown on the submitted survey, and which still exist today, were built prior to 1957. No additional structures have been built since that time. These structures consist of a one story frame house which has always been used for residential purposes to my knowledge, a garage, which is presently used for storage, and a storage shed.
