Dear Sirs:
This office represents Gary Sacks and Alan Schlesinger owners of the above
captioned property.
The owners have applied to the ZBA for a variance from the side yard set back
requirements for construction of a wooden deck wki'eh if approved and when completed
will be less than 75' from the bulkhead as shown on the attached survey. A new survey
indicating the proposed location of the deck and its dimensions is in the process of being
prepared and will be available prior to the scheduled ZBA hearing on Thursday, October
17th.
Please advise this office what papers, if any, are required to be filed with you to
request your approval for the proposed decking.
