Completed Trustee application and licensed survey showing the property and all proposed structures to scale,including the opposing shoreline and structures. 2. The proposed structures must be no closer than 15' to extensions of the side property lines. 3. The project must complete an environmental review form this office and the Planning Board. 4. The project will likely require Planning Board site plan review, N.Y.S.D.E.C., U.S.C.O.E. and State Department of State Consistency review. 5. It is likely that the Trustees will request onshore toilet and shower facilities and may require arrangements for a marina pump-out or restrictive covenants banning on board marine sanitation devices capable of direct discharge overboard.
