ton boulders shall be utitizedby placing them atop filter
fabric and a l' layer of rock chips (4-6" tailings) and a i to 1
~/2 slope will be created. No grout of nay type will be used
and any disturbed areas will be filled with loam and seeded.

Dear Mr. Just,
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during its regular meeting held on July 21, 1994 regarding the
above matter:
WHEREAS, J.M.O. Consulting on behalf of THOMAS W. RUSSELL
applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the
provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold,
application dated April 8, 1994,
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and
recommendations, and,
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with
respect to said application on July 21, 1994 at which time all
interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and,
7amE~, the Board members have pers.onally viewed and are
lliar with the premises in question and the surrounding area,
~nd,
_W~EREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and
dOcumentation submitted concerning this application, and,
p~EREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed
11 not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the
ople of the town,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT.
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approves the application of
THOMAS W. RUSSELL, JR, to reconstruct and upgrade an existinq
rock revetment by installin~ a 65' X 18' rock slope. 2 to 4 ton
boulders shall be utilized by placing them atop filter fabric
and a i' layer of rock chips (4"-6" tailings) and a 1 1/2 - I

shown on survey as "covered shed" with "X" (on submitted plans) ~ill be used
for inst~llation of outdoor boat storage racks'.
The CAC suggests the outdoor boat storage racks, when sto~ed with
boats, be no higher than the shed.
