Two to four ton boulders shall be utilized byplacing them atop filter fabric and a 1' layer of rock chips (4-6" tailings) and a 1 to 1 1/2 slope will be created. No grout of nay type will be used and any disturbed areas will be filled with loam and seeded. Located Fox Ave., Fishers Island. Date of permit issuance: July 28, 1994- This permit is valid for a period of two years from the date of issuance. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Bluff restoration through a re-vegetation agreement is attached hereto and is a necessary special condition of this permit. A relocation agreement is attached hereto and is a necessary special condition of this permit. A maintenance agreement is attached hereto and is a necessary special condition of this permit. SCTM ~6-1-2 Bear Mr. Just, ~The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on July 21, 1994 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, J.M.O. Consulting on behalf of THOMAS W. RUSSELL applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the Drovisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated April 8, 1994, WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Seuthold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with ~espect to said application on July 21r 1994 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in q~estion and the surroundinq area, and, W~EREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approves the application of THOMAS W.
