These recommendations are standard conditions on any permit that the board grants, in response to our concerns of water quality. 1. There shall be no turf (maintained lawn grass) within 15-20' of the retaining will. 2. Within this "buffer" area, a swale shall be graded in to prevent runoff of water from the maintained lawn area from directly discharging into the creek. The buffer area may be kept as clean sand or gravel, oz be planted with indigenous species which do not require fertilization of pesticide applications. To: Southold Town Trustees From: Southold 'Town Conservation Advisory Council Dated: April 29, -.1992 Re: Recommendation of Wetland Applications The following recommendations were made by'-the CAC at its meeting held Tuesday, April 28, 1992: On a motion by Bruce Loucka, seconded by Stephen Angell, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval with stipulations the application of Virginia Rumbpler 75-1-5 to install a bulkhead and backfill. The CAC recommends approval provided the applicant plant an appropriate vegetative buffer. Goose Creek Lane, Southold Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried. On a motion by Bruce Loucka, seconded by Stephen Angell, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval with stipulations the application of Michael Maher 111-9-3 to construct bulkhead, stairs, etc. The CAC recommends approval provided the applicant install a drywell for draining the hot tub and, if not being done already, install a drywell for the swimming pool. 3485 Nassau Point Road, Cutchogue Vote of Council : Ayes: All Motion carried. On a motion by Stephen Angell, seconded by John McCormick, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval with stipulations of the application of Savvas Milienos by Sidney Olmstead 114-7-14.1 to construct a dock, ramp and float.
