Dear Sirs,
We are in receipt of your April 24th letter(enclosed copy). Due
to financial constraints Mr. Rozenbaum has decided against constructing
a new residence and has opted to add on to his existing dwelling
as indicated on enclosed survey.
Our question is do we have to re-apply or can you make a decision
based on your previous review of the site as to whether this
intent is also non jurisdictional?.
