RE: Marian Reisman property, 5464 Nassau Point Road
Dear Mr, Goodwin:
This will confirm our agreement reached last night on the telephone
wherein we agreed as follows:
I You will rebuild the bulkhead on the above premises for a firm.
fixed price of $12,248.50, to be paid as follows: $5,000.00 as a deposit:
$3,000.00 when one-half of the job is completed; and the balance upon
completion.
~2. The job will be completed in approximately two weeks time.
3. You will obtain all necessary permits and governmental
approvals.
4. The price includes all labor, material, fees and other expenses
necessary to complete the job so that the resulting bulkhead will be as
good or better than the bulkhead as it existed prior to the stor.:m, and the
slope of the declivity on t.t~e property will be approximately the same as
existed prior to the storm. The removal and disposal of all construction
waste and debris from the old bulkhead is included in the price
5. The fob will be performed in accordance with the specifications
set forth on your letter dated January 12, 1993, which is attached to this
letter, which you have represented to be sufficient to rebuild the bulkhead
in accordance with the requirements of item 4 of this letter,
This letter is being taxed in the interest of expediency. Please
