The CAC cannot make-a recommendation of the application and suggests the Trustees withhold approval until these concerns are addressed satisfactorily. Robinson Road, $outhold Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried. On a motion by Stephen Angell, seconded by Cynthia $turner, it was R~E$OVLED 'to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees disapproval of Wetland Application No.~04-7-7 of Paolo Lavagetto to construct a timber cock consisting of a 4' x 130' fixed elevated (max, 3.5' above grade) walk with ramped up landward end; 4' x 14' hinged ramp; two 6' x 20' f~oats secured by three pilings. The CAC recommends disapproval because the prolect is oversized for the location. The CAC suggests the applicant g~t accurate soundings. The Council believes that the soundings would show that if applicant moved the catwalk as far to. the west as possible the applicant would reach a deeper area faster. The CAC s~ggests l~he applicant shorten the catwalk so it does not extend f~rt~er out than the neighboring docks. Also the walk should be e!evated at least 4~ above grade.
