Your matter was de£initely on the agenda. The agenda was published in the December 31, 1975 edition o£ the Su££olk Times. It was a disappointment to have this matter concluded in such a marmer. Under the circumstances we must conclude that you are no longer interested in our 150 £t. agreement and we will await development of other information and proceedings. There is a discrepancy in the number of yards to be excavated in the application made to your agency and the application made to our Board.
