Peconic, N.Y. #7 R-1 Tax Roll: Vincent Ovsianik unoccupied Upon receipt of an application for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy, I made an inspection of the buildings on this premises. I began this inspection at approximately 3:15 P.M. with Mary Ovsianik. Located on this property is a two story wood framed structure, which has been used as a two family dwelling; there are also seven accessory buildings of various shapes and sizes. Cellar is a full cellar, with hollow tile block walk. Cellar has outside entrance only. Located in the cellar is a oil fired hotwater furnace, gas hotwater heater and water pump and tank; all are in good condition. Also located in cellar in cellar is the electric panel, very poor shape, needs to be checked by the Board of Underwriters. First floor consists of two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen with two large closets and a full bathroom. Second floor consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and a full bath_room. The second floor also has a private, closed-in outside entrance. The following violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Code of the Town of Southold, N.Y. were found: Cellar-cellar door badly deteriorated. Article III, Section -electric panel and wiring in poor shape. Article V, Section 52-56 A-4,7,13 1 + 2. First floor-plaster work needed in bedrooms. Article III, Section 52-30-6. Second floor-bathroom needs new floor. Article III, Section 52-30 A. On the outside of this two f~mily dwelling, the following violations were found: Roof-Sections of roof badly in need of repairs. Article III, S--~ion 52-31C. -2- Porch-rear porch in need of repair. Article III, Section ~A&B. Steps, walks and g_rounds-are in very bad condition. Article VI, Section 52-61C,D,E. The following violations were found with the accessory buildings: Doorways & windows -all doorways and windows left open. Most of the doors and windows are broken. Roofs-all the roofs are leaking and are in very poor condition. Uncovered holes and cellarways. Article VI, Section 52-61 B,D,E Section 52-62 B. Inspection completed at 4:15 P.M. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey, of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3'.
