The access road in question is approximately 40 feet wide. It is the feeling of the Board that the road is adequate for egress and ingress. The Board finds that the relief requested is not substantial; that the relief requested is within the spirit of the ordinance; that the variance if granted will not change the character of the neighborhood; that no adverse effects will be produced on avail- able governmental facilities of any increased population; that the hardship is unique; and that the interests of justice wil~ be served by granting the variance as requested with the following below-specified condition. On motion by Mr. Doyen, seconded by Mr. GrigoRis, it was RESOLVED, that Karl E. Fransson, 11 Dodge Drive, West Hart- ford, CT 06107 be granted a variance for approval of access, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: That the access roads be maintained passable at all times for emergency vehicles.
