Please be advised that you are to cease any activity on the property and you are directed to revegetate the area seaward of the pink building. The Trustees will hold their next regular meeting on October 30th to commence at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, Main Road, Southold. RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees have no jurisdiction regarding your request to clear trees and to plant a lawn on property located at 2955 Wells Avenue, Southold provided the clearing line is not seaward of the pink building on the site. As per our conversation on Sept. 3, 1986 please remit the $50.00 wetland application fee with the information requested and your application will he placed on the Sept. 25, 1986 agenda for the Board to review.
