RESOLVED that the Southold Town Trustees amend the configuration of the dock structure for Albert Roke to reflect a straight configuration consisting of a A' x 20' fixed dock, 3' x 15' ramp and a 6' x 20' float dock in a straight configuration. It was further moved as follows: Moved by Trustee Krupski seconded by Trusnee Larsen WHEREAS, The Land Use Company on behalf of Albert Roke applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold application dated April 6, 1986 , and WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on June 26, 1986 ar which time ail intereste? persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area; and WHEREAS, the Board considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will no~ affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the Town, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Land Use Company on behalf of Albert Roke -2- BE AND HEREBY ARE GRANTED PERMISSION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE WETLAND ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, NEW YORK TO CONSTRUCT a A' x 20' fixed dock, a 3' x 15' ramp and a 6' x 20' float dock, with the provision that if there is a problem with navigation or a problem with interference, then the structure will have co be constructed to the "T" configuration first proposed. There is to be no obstruction to the publics rmght to walk below the HWM. Please note that snairs on either side of the dock structure can be installed to accomodate the publics right to walk below the HWM. This permit is to expire on June 26, 1987 if work has not commenced by said date. There are two inspections required and the Trustees are to be notified upon the completion of the project. The following fees are due and payable. No erosion problem, therefore no need shown. There is no bulkheading in the immediate area adjacent to property. Do not want to set a precedent. No. 377 - Albert Roke - Recommend A~PR©VAL. No. 378 - Louise~oyle -Recommend DISAPPROVAL. No reason for new bulkheading. Damage to marshland would occur if placed where proposed.
