RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees approved the
request for an amendment to Permit #1900 to place a piling
instead of the ramp & float that was damaged in December storm.

sufficient time required to complete the work involved, but should circumstances warrant, request

to maintain the structure or project involved, to provide evidence to anyone concerned that auth-
orization was originally obtained.

upon due notice, to remove or alter this work or project herein stated without expenses to theTown
of Southold.
9. That the said Board will be notified by the Permittee of the completion of the work auth- :, -

10. That the Permittee will obtain all other permits and consents that may be required sup-
elemental to this permit which may be subject to revoke upon failure to obtain same.
