Project is located in Eugene's Creek at 1200 Beebe Drive, Cutchogue, NY. This permit will expire two years from the date it is signed if work has not commenced by said date. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon completion of said project.
