The impacts during construction wi ] ] be temporary and minor in nature, in
addition, they will be reduced to non-significant levels through the use of
erosion control devices.
Projecc is consistent witch surround~g land uses. There will be no significant
i~2a~ ct to agricultural, archeological, historic or cultural resources as the
construction ~_acts are tamporary and site disturbance is minor.
The setbacks will reduce any ~r~pacts on wetlands and wildlife habitats ~o a
non-significant level. No t~hrea~ened or endangered species were identified
au the site.
4. This project is not expected ~o induce any subseqUen~ activities. The area
is currently developed with similar structures.
5. No long term or cumulative impacts ~l,l. result ~ the project is.constructed
in accordance to the approved plans and conditions.
