Resolved that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grants a
waiver to construct a 14' X 22' addition as per plans.
There shal be a row of haybates between the driveway and the
marsh during construction.

To Whom It May Concern,
Acting as agent for Roger Richert of 1605 Marys Road,
Mattituck, NY, I hereby Request A Fresh Water Wetlands Waiver as
required by the Tow~ Building Inspector. It is my intention to
add ~4 feet of new structure to the existing dwelling located at
1605 Marys Road, Mattituck, NY. A Building Permit has been filed
with the Town Of Southold. Said addition will be added on the
north side of the dwelling, that is toward the possible wetlands
in question by the building department It is my feeling that
after an inspection by the Board it should be apparent that the
possible wetland is actually a drainage ditch for Marys Road, and
further That said addition will have no affect on said drainage
ditch.
