The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting' held on June 27. 1996, regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, KATHLEEN RIBARICB, applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated June 7, 1996, and, WHEREAS., said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on June 27, 1996, at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally Viewed and are familiar with the premises in question, and the Surrounding: area. and, WR~EAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, an~, ~, the structure complies with the standard set forth in Chapter 97-18 of the Southotd Town Code, WHEREAS. the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare o~ the people of the town, NOW TMV.~ORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approves the application of KATB~RRN RIBARICH for an existin~ deck measuring as ~ollows: platform 4'9" X 6'1", ramp 2'~11.TM X 14' and 3 floating docks measuring 20'2" X 4'11", 9'10" X 6', and 6' X 16'.
