NOTICE OF NO SIGNIFICANT EFFECT
UPON THE ENVIRONMENT
Pursuant to Sections 617.13 and 617.5(a) of the New York State
Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), Article 8 of the Environ-
mental Conservation Law, and Section 44-4 of the Southold Town
Code, the Southold Town Board of Appeals determines the following
project a Type II Action, not having significant adverse effects
upon the environment. No further determination or procedure is
required in the SEQRA standards of process, and this declaration
should not be considered a determination made for any other depart-
ment or agency which may be involved or any other project not
covered by the within application.
Applicant(s) has submitted an environmental assessment in the
short form which indicates that no adverse effects were likely to
occur to the environment.
The property in question is separated from the area of tidal wet-
lands by approx. 300' of land area and a 50-foot private town-approved
