STATE OF NEW YORK ) ss: COUNTY OF DANIEL J. O'CONNELL, JR. being duly sworn, deposes and says: I reside at 360 East 234th Street, Bronx, New e A9" York, 10476. I am a son of the late Daniel J. O'Connell, Sr. and Margaret M. O'Connell, owners of premises at Park Avenue, Mattituck, Town of Southold, New York. My parents acquired this property in 1949 and built a residence and separate garage there about 1954. I believe the builder was Edward Abbitz. Definitely the residence was constructed prior to April 1957. There have been no changes or additions in the buildings since April 1957 which require a certificate of occupancy from the Town of Southold. My father occupied the house as his residence until his death in August 1984. The house was and remains in good condition. I know the Building Inspector of the Town of Southold relies on the truth of this affidavit in order to issue a certificate of pre-existing use. Aaniel J.
