Taylor and wife Subdivision: Mattituck Heights Lots #56-57, and part #58 R-1 Unoccupied Upon request of the Southold Town Building Department, I made inspection of this one and one half story framed dwelling and found the following violations of Local Law #1, Housing Code, Town of Southold. I picked up the key from the office of Wickham & Lark, Main Road, Mattituck, and let myself into the rear porch entrance beginning inspection with this room at approximately 1:45 p.m. Entrance: Enclosed rear porch, no light switch to control light in room on entry - Section 529b. This building consists of two bedrooms on first floor, kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room. Front and rear enclosed porches with a finished dormer, half story. Heat is supplied to all the aforementioned rooms. There is a full cellar under main structure with foundation and crawl spaces under porches. I completed inspection at approximately 2:15 p.m. and returned key to Wickham & Lark. This application must be filled in by typewriter OR ink and submitted to the building inspector with the following: for new building or new use: 1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, building and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. A properly completed application and a consent to inspect signed by the applicant.
