I began inspection at approximately 10:05 a.m. and was admitted to front entrance and -directed to first floor apart- ment by Mrs. Auzins: FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT Entrance to hallway of apartment - no switch to control light - Section 529b. Kitchen - Rear, outside entrance, no switch to control light in room on entry - Section 529b. Living Room - Broken window pane - Section 302b. SECOND FLOOR APARTMENT Kitchen - Gas range, no shutoff at unit - Sect o 508b. Cellar - Outside access only, no light switch to control light at entry - Section 529b. Storage Shed (lean to)- north side of building - open junction box - Section 528a.
