Damhuis NYl1971 Dear Sir(s)/Mesdamets): ThE Town Trustees have visited the beach in front of several occasions recently in response to that a fence was installed running toward the water without a townwetland permit. On our latest inspection on January 2, 1992 what remained of the fence was three fence posts. We would like to see these remaining fence posts removed shortly so that beach traffic on what is an open beach will not be impeded and that the is illegal, will be brought into compliance. that this is a minor infraction and one which is a neighborly fashion, we are asking you it's correction out of a sense of cormnunity. Additional concerns noted to a representative of this office are theapparent practice of raking up floatable debris and discharging itoh the association property to the east. This could also be considered a minor infraction. A better practice is to remove your beach debris through your own property for dispos&l at the landfill. The Trustees request that you'take the necessary steps to correct these problems as soSn as practical and wish to thank you in advance for your cooperation. (Idhn M.
