Dear Mr. Renganeschi,
The following action was taken by the Board of Trustees at their
regular meeting of October 27, 1994:
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant a waiver
to build an addition to existing residence consisting of a
wrap-around roofed porch 7' in depth on landward front of house
32' 6" fr~m existing garage then 23'3" in a westerly direction
which includes a 7' storm foyer over existing stoop. Located
2005 Westview Drive.

Dear Mr. Renganeschi:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of
Trustees on June 24, 1993:
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grants a
waiver to construct a 5' X 14' stockade fence. The fence will
be approx. 35' from existing bulkhead running 10' inland to an
existing fence. Also to screen in area of deck with an awning
roof.

RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees
APPROVAL WITH A STIPULATION of the Amendment of Permit request of
SERGE I~OZENBAUM 59-5-12 to modify permit to allow perm|tree to
reconstruct his dock at 3.5' x 76' at 3.5' over grade instead of the
approved 2.5' x 76' at 3' over grade.
CAC recommends approval to widen the dock to 3.5' only if the it is
raised to 4' above the grade.
