RESOLVED that the Southold Town Trustees Amend the permit
for Stephen Reale to reflect a 8' x 16' float. **The other float
is to be removed from the site. A new drawing is to be submitted
for the file.

event that such approval is necessary, the holder of this permit shall not commence operations here
unoer until SUCh aoproval has been obtained in writing. The failure ~o obtain such other approval whet
reeuired shall subject this permit to immediate revocation by the Trustees upon receipt by th~
Trustees of written notice from such other governmental or municipal authorities of its refusal o
disapproval.
The applicant does by the acceptance of this permit, assume all responsibility for operations under-
taken aursuant to this permit, and shall take all precautions for the prevention of injuries to persons
and aroperty resulting from such ooerations, By such acceptance, the applicant also agrees to indemni-
fy and save harmless the Tbwn, and its officers, agents and employees from any and all c]aims arising
from operations under this permit and any and all acts or omissions of applicant, his agent and
employees,
The applicant and the owner and occupants of the premises upon which the operations authorized by
mis permit are being conducted, do, by the acceptance of this permit, give consent to the Town, and
its officers and employees to enter upon the premises where such operations are being conducted to'
make such inspections as the Town may deem necessary to insure that such operations are being con-

Dear Mr, Just:
The following action was taken by the. Board of Trustees during their
regular meeting held on March 26, 1987 regarding the above matter.
WHEREAS, The Land Use Company on behalf of Nunzio & Stephanie Reale applied
to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit
under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of
Southold, application dated December 12, 1986, and amended February 26, 1987, and
WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and
recommendations, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with
respect to said application on March 26, 1987 at which time all interested
persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are
familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation
submitted concerning this application, and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will
not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the peopke of
the town,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED than the LAND USE COMPANY ON BEHALF OF NUNZIO & STEPHANIE REALE BE AND
HEREBY IS GRANTED PERMISSION UNDER THE
PROVISIONS OF THE WETLAND ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF SOUTHOLD TO: To construct a 4'
x 32' fixed dock leading to a 3' x 10' ramp leading to a 6' x 20' float to be attached
to (2) 6' x 20' floats. Properny is located on Fleetwood Road, Cutchogue.
This permit is is~ ~ith the provision that most of the aceess is to be from the
R.O.W. so that the high marsh on the property can reestablish itself.

This permit will expire on March 26, 1988 if work has
not commenced by said date. There are two inspections required and
the Trustees are to be notified upon the completion of the work.
Prior to the issuance of said permit by the Clerk, the applicant
shall file with the Clerk ~ certificate that he has public liability
insurance policies insuring against any liability which may arise
in the performance of the operations pursuant ta such permit in such
amount as shall be fixed by the Trustees, which said policies shall
name the Town as a name insured. Please take further notice that
this declaration should not be considered a determination made for
any other department or agency which may also have an application
pending for the same or similar project.
