WHEREAS, The Land' Use Company on behalf of Nunzio & Stephanie Reale applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated December 12, 1986, and amended February 26, 1987, and WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on March 26, 1987 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the LAND USE COMPANY ON BEHALF OF NUNZIO & STEPHANIE REALE BE AND HEREBY IS GRANTED PERMISSION UNDER THE ~ROVISIONS OF THE WETLAND ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF SOUTHOLD TO: To construct a &' x 32' fixed dock leadin8 to ~ 3' x 10' ramp leading to a 6' x 20' float to be attached to (2) 6' x 20' floats. Dredging wilt destroy the shellfish producing bed and do irreversible damage to the bottom. As an alternative measure the CAC suggests applicant either apply for a mooring elsewhere in the creek or seek docking at Boatman's Harbor. No. 477- Larry and Sandy Stahl - Approve with stipulations. Use haybales to avoid runoff; put in more plantings as used elsewhere on property; have the Bay Constable do frequent inspections., during construction. No. 478 - Elizabeth Yaro - Recommend approval with stipulations.
