In order to gain easy access to the boat, a 3' x 3' platform will be cantilevered from the bulkhead down a 2½' by 12' hinged ramp unto a 6' x 16' float which will be secured lengthwise to the bulkhead. We believe this configuration to be superior since it allows greater navigable width in the canal. In speaking with Mr. John Costello of Peconic Holding Corp~, he also would prefer this configuration. I would appreciate it if the Town could give conditional approval to either this alternative or the previous one dated 11/7/82. In this way, I will not have to reapply to the Town no matter what is finally approved by the other agencies. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding in this matter.
