TERMS and CONDITIONS
The Peemittee Frederick Rapp
residing at P.o. Box 5429, Rocky Point N. ¥, as
pa~t of the consideration for the issuaace of the Permit does ~ad~staml and p~'~e to the fol-
lowing: 1. The Southotd Town TrUStees. Permit must be ~rominently
displayed on premises e£~ected during peiod of work.

2. That this Permit is valid for .a period of 24 mo~ which is coasidemt to be the

the beach between high and low water marks.
7. That if future operations, of the T. qwn of Soathold require the removal and/or alterations
in the location of the work herein a~thoriZed, or if, in the opinion of the Boak~d of Tmstee~ ~
work shah cause unreasonable obs/xuctaon to free navigation, the said 'Permit-tee will be requised,
upon due notice, to xemove or alter this work or project herein stated without expenses to the Town
of Sonthold.

Re: Application No. Frederick Rapp, 3-8-89-80-3-15
Dear Sir:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during their regular meeting held on May 31, 1989 regarding the
above matter:
WHEREAS, En-Consultants on behalf of Frederick Rapp applied to the
Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the
Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated March
15, 1989, and
WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect
to said application on May 31, i989 at which time all interested
persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar
with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation
submitted concerning this application, and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will
no~ affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of
the town,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED that En-Consultants ON BEHALF OF Frederick Rapp BE AND
HEREBY IS GRANTED PERMISSION UNDER THE WETLAND ORDINANCE TO: remove
and replace 40 linieal ft. bulkhead, dredge maximum of 10 cu. yards,
spoil to be used for backfill.
This permit will expire two years from the date it is signed if
work has not commenced by said date. Fees must be paid and permit
issued withinsix months of the date of this notification. Two
inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon
completion of said project.
P~ease return to the Building Department for a determination on
the need for any other permits which may be required for this project.
Permit will be issued upon payment of the following fees:
Dredge 10 cu. rards for backfill - $6.00 per cubic yard.
Total fees due .................... $60.00
