Recommendation of Applications
At a meeting held Thursday, October 15, 1992 the CAC made the
following recommendations:
On a motion by 3ohn Ho~zapfel, seconded by Bruce Loucka, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees disapprova[, of
Wetland Application of Al~c~e~a RadoV~C 70-20-28.2 to construct a 134~
timber bu!khead with 10' returns at proper-ty line.
The CAC recommends disapproval because the proieEt is not needed and
wetlands wou~d be destroyed. Also there is a violation of the State and
Town codes, applicant has mowed the lawn to the water's edge.
2050 Clearview Avenue, Southo!d
Vote of Council: .Ayes: AH
Motion carried.
On a motion by Bruce Loucka, seconded by John Holzapfel, it was
RESOLVED to reocmmend to the Southold Town Trustees disapproval of
Wetland Application of Joseph Beradino 40-1-11.1 to install approximate~
I07~ rock revetmen~ with two 15~ returns, backfill void area with 32 yards
of fill and vegetate with rugosa rose and beach grass.
The CAC recommends disapproval because it disagrees with the concept
of armoring and because the Trustees have no polic~, for structures along
the Sound.
