In my letter of June 6th. addressed to you I enclosed
those necessary applications. To date I have nov received
your reply, and I would like to advise you that the Trustee
meeting will be held on June 28th, in which case this
matter could not be put on the agenda until the July meeting.

be paid within 90 days or reapplication and additional fee will be
necessary.
If the Permit Fee is paid in person to the Clerk of the Board, the Permit

Transmitted herewith is the action taken by the Board
of Trustees at a regular meeting held on April 26, 1984:
RESOLVED to recommend to the Town Board to DENY without
prejudice, because of the d~struction done to the Wetlands
in the area and the presence of the Wetlands, the Wetland
'Application ~195 submitted by tha Land Use Company on behalf
of Edward Quintieri and Richard Pulcini to construct a timber
bulkhead and two returns along the FLHW line of James Creek,
Mattituck. and to backfill with clean sand.

Gentlemen:
At the request of your office, dated June 5, 1984, t: made
an inspection Of the above premises on this date.
Based on copy of survey dated June 11, 1982, and stakes
placed along the bank designating location of proposed project,
it would appear that construction of this retaining wall will
disturb the wetlands along the bank.
This proposed construction is on private property and will
require a permit from the Town Board an accordance with Chapter
97, Wetlands, Code of the Town of Southold, Art. II, Sec. 97-20.

As per our recont conversation, please find attached the revised
pls~s relative to this project.
Said plans reflect the new lscation of the retaining wall landward
of wetland vegetation as well as the establishment of Spartina
alterniflora within the eroded "beach area~. Additionally, "Fults"
bu~ch grass will be planted along area north and east of the pro-
posed structmre in srder to prevent siltation of wetl~d areas.
