Box 1179 Southold, New York 11971 Re: 42391Z 1285 Marratooka Lane Mattituck, NY Dear Mr.Verity: I inspected the framing that was visible and the floors, walls, and roof and found the building to be structurally sound. I inspected the water supply and waste plumbing in the building and found it to be free of leaks and installed in accordance with the building code. I inspected the insulation installed in the floor, roof, and walls and the insulation was found to be properly installed. Based on my observations and to the best of my knowledge the framing, plumbing, and insulation are installed in accordance with the New York State Building Code.
