Box 222 Route 25 Peconic NY 11958 Re: SCTM ~97-6-1.2 Dear Mr. Puls, The following action was taken bythe Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on March 24, 1994 regarding ~he above matter: WHEREAS, ~~ applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated, March 2, 1994, and, WHEREAS, said application was referred to the So~thold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on March 24, t994 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approves the application of BRIARCLIFF LANDSCAPING CO. on behalf of PULS FAMILY to construct a pool, deck, fencer and plantings including a non-turf area on east side of pool and back to driveway as per plans dated 2}14/94. Fees must be paid, if applicahte, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon completion of said project. RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees denied the request to construct a pool, deck, fence and plantings including a non-turf area on east side of pool area back to driveway. The Board feels this is an excessive amount of work that will be done and therefore requires a full permit. If you have any questions, please call our office. Very truly yours, Albert J.
