Re: Opera House in Southold TOWN OF SOUTHOLD Dear Mr. Jarski: I inspected the footings in the cellar and the side entry deck and found them to be installed as I specified. I inspected the underground plumbing installed under the cellar slab and found them to be properly installed. I inspected the beam in the ceiling in the rear bathroom and found it to be structurally adequate and properly installed. The exterior walls in the kitchen, rear bathroom, and office are insulated with R13 fiberglass batt and the rest of the walls in the building are insulated with 6 inches of blown in cellulose insulation. The insulation was properly installed. I inspected the door headers over the openings to the cellar and found them to be structurally adequate.
