As the parking improvements proposed are greater than 75' from the wetlands this Board will not need to comment further on this application at this time. As discussed with Mr. Pugliese this Board recommends indigenous plantings and soil conservation practices for all slopes leading to the ponds and containment of all roof and driveway run-off. LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK (516} 734-5983 March 1, 1991 Pugliese Vineyards is currently in the process of remodeling and fixing an existing barn for a Wine Tasting Room. We propose to build an outdoor deck which will be attached to the existing barn. At the present time there is an existing 40 foot trailer which was used for storage of farm related equipment and vegetable boxes. We are presently in the process of dismantling this trailer which is a total eyesore to the property and replacing it in the same location with an outdoor deck. We would appreciate it if the trustees review and give us at Pugliese Vineyards a waiver and permit to build such a deck.
