Southold NY, on behalf of the Silvino Family Trust. During the process of reviewing the application it was determined that the application would require a zoning board variance before a trustees permit could be issued. We informed the owners of the property of this, and at that time they informed us of their intention to perform further renovations which would also require a variance. The owners at that time decided to wait and obtain a single variance for the whole project. In light of that decision we would like to withdraw the application, and have our check for the application fee returned.
