Dear Mr. Viola:
In response to your letter received on April 26, 2018, the Board of Trustees reviewed
your request to remove the large "White Willow" tree located on your property, and as
seen by A. Nicholas Krupski on April 30, 2018.
The Board of Trustees determined that the tree may be removed at this time. No permit
will be required in order to remove this tree.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Dear Diane,
Thanks for taking my call.
I live at the above address and wish to take a large "White Willow"
tree down in our backyard. I contacted Shamrock Tree and they
requested that I contact you. We have tried over the last few years to
prune and keep the tree alive as it is a great source of shade, but we
believe the time has come to remove it.
The reason that the tree needs to come down is the following:
1. It is now partially rotted and as you can see in the attached photos,
the bark has failed and been falling off.
2. There is a large branch overhanging our home and is a liability.
3. There is constantly branches breaking off and landing in our yard.
4. Shamrock Tree examined the tree and agrees with the above.
I hope that you will also agree and give us permission to remove this
tree.
