Dear Mr. Bourke:
Pursuant to your request for a determination on the
above captioned premises, please be advised that.you will
have to submit a survey and topographical map with contours
at one-foot intervals, showing the area from which the removal
or in which the deposit of materials is proposed, or in which
structures are to be erected, certified by a registered land
surveyor or registered professional engineer, licensed by the
State of New York.
Attached for your information and review is a wetland
application should one be required.

Gentlemen:
I am enclosing herewith a map of the above referenced
property which is about to be conveyed to Paul Foster. The
property is presently owned by George J. Podeyn, Jr. and Ethel
Podeyn. Please note that the property is bounded on the west by
West Lake and contains approximately 45 ft. of lowland vegetation
and is bounded on the east by Midway Road, a 12 ft. dirt surface.
With reference to the $outhold Town Trustees' rules and
regulations, will you kindly inspect the subject premises and
advise me if same is a buildable lot for the purpose of
constructing a single family dwelling within the building
envelope indicated on the survey.
