Attached for your information and review is a wetland application should one be required. The property is presently owned by George J. Podeyn, Jr. and Ethel Podeyn. Please note that the property is bounded on the west by West Lake and contains approximately 45 ft. of lowland vegetation and is bounded on the east by Midway Road, a 12 ft. dirt surface. With reference to the $outhold Town Trustees' rules and regulations, will you kindly inspect the subject premises and advise me if same is a buildable lot for the purpose of constructing a single family dwelling within the building envelope indicated on the survey.
